Base Salary
$115k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable enterprise software connecting high-volume core platforms with cloud-native applications.
- Develop, debug, and troubleshoot backend software across the full software development lifecycle using Java, Python, or .NET.
- Translate complex requirements into architectural designs and refactor legacy logic for containerized and cloud environments.
- Conduct code reviews, define technical standards, guide technical decisions, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, run product demonstrations, and support dependable client solutions.
Requirements
- Proven software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong coding and debugging skills in Java, Python, .NET, or equivalent backend technologies.
- Knowledge of software development practices, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful web services, JSON, and XML.
- Practical experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging queues.
- Experience guiding technical choices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, cloud-native practices, legacy-system refactoring, or cloud modernization is preferred.
