Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across critical business systems and application components.
- Customize and manage SharePoint Online environments to support business processes.
- Use PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online automation and administration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and multiple teams to prioritize and address system issues.
- Provide solutions, contribute to team decisions, and act as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior team members and monitor system performance to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience customizing and managing SharePoint Online environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex application issues.
- Ability to use PowerShell scripting for automation and administration within SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online security and compliance features.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work from the Mumbai office.
