Base Salary
$158k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of AI-native development workflows across product engineering teams through coaching and mentorship.
- Partner with platform engineering, R&D, and security teams to replace manual handoffs and sign-offs with automated artifact triggers and governance boundaries.
- Architect markdown-driven artifact pipelines, deterministic build and deployment hooks, and AI-assisted pull request review workflows.
- Build verification harnesses, visual feedback loops, and continuous evaluation suites for AI development systems.
- Implement production monitoring and triage workflows that detect control breaches and feed improvements back into the SDLC.
- Provide technical leadership and advocate for engineering best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated architectural and hands-on experience integrating AI into development lifecycles across the SDLC.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience writing clean, maintainable, production-grade tools.
- Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins, infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience using explicit data analysis to improve DORA metrics and framework reliability.
- High autonomy and proactivity in ambiguous engineering environments.
- Preferred: experience managing complex software states and isolating environments at enterprise scale.
- Preferred: experience building internal wrapper applications or developer plugins around large language models.
- Preferred: technical leadership or close collaboration across North American and Indian engineering hubs.
- Preferred: familiarity with service integration testing, contract testing tools, and developer catalog platforms such as Backstage.

- The U.S. base salary range is $158,000–$248,000, with the specific range determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
