Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own architecture and technical direction for finance initiatives, including Unified Billing and financial integrations.
- Lead cross-team engineering efforts across multiple scrum teams, aligning design, standards, and execution.
- Design scalable, resilient systems for high-volume financial transactions with strong consistency and auditability.
- Translate complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions with product and business stakeholders.
- Modernize, migrate, integrate, and optimize NetSuite and related finance platforms.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads and elevate engineering practices and standards.
- Influence organization-wide standards for observability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Apply AI and automation to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
- Advise leadership on long-term technical strategy and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 12–15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior technical leadership or lead role.
- Proven experience designing, building, and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated success driving technical innovation and modernization initiatives.
- Experience in the FinTech or financial systems domain.
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL, and Python.
- Strong experience with cloud-based development, particularly Microsoft Azure and its services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based version control, distributed systems, messaging frameworks, relational databases, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with front-end technologies, secure software development, testing tools, observability tools, and production debugging.
- Strong leadership, influence, communication, analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
