Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and services.
- Analyze business and IT requirements and translate them into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement enhancements and develop workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
- Document application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and provide ongoing instance support and maintenance.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web technologies, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management, database design schemas, data modeling, and IT operations.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
