Responsibilities

Design and develop applications for portfolio management.
Develop innovative data solutions that expand analytical capabilities.
Apply data analytics methods to complex, data-driven investment-portfolio questions.
Present projects to AIM management.
Contribute to Allianz’s digital community by sharing knowledge and best practices across hubs and teams.

Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, mathematics, financial mathematics, or another quantitative field; a doctorate is advantageous.
Three to five years of professional experience.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, TypeScript, Rust, or C++.
Familiarity with frontend development, particularly Angular or React.
Proficiency with Docker and ideally experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is advantageous.
Interest in the financial sector and willingness to learn the investment-management business.
Experience using AI tools in software development.
Very good English and confident professional German communication skills.
Team-oriented, proactive approach with willingness to take responsibility.
