Responsibilities
- Own the continuous development of internal services and tools.
- Help build scalable, future-oriented architecture and infrastructure.
- Expand CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and frontend teams to design and implement new features.
- Integrate LLMs for code generation and product features and drive AI-supported development.
- Explore machine learning, generative AI, and data engineering topics.
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of new products from the first line of code.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python, with a focus on TypeScript.
- Ability to write high-performance, maintainable code and design complex systems.
- High proficiency with AI tooling such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs.
- Active interest in AI trends and integrating innovative tools into daily workflows.
- Willingness to learn new technical areas and continuously develop skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small, agile team and take a pragmatic, data-driven approach.
