Responsibilities
- Deliver new backend functionality and features using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Improve code quality and continuously enhance the codebase.
- Contribute significantly to technical decisions.
- Own the development lifecycle from code through production deployment and monitoring.
- Identify and remove blockers, waste, and other sources of inefficiency.
- Coach and mentor other engineers.
- Develop and support high-volume transactional and asynchronous services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with C# and .NET, including recent features.
- Experience developing software for high-volume transactional applications.
- Experience with asynchronous services or processing.
- Ability to test solutions effectively.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience mentoring less experienced engineers.
- Willingness to use Agile development practices and collaborate in a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, supportive, honest, team-oriented approach.
