Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated data dashboards and reports.
- Develop and manage scalable systems and automations for agile product development workflows.
- Experiment with AI tools to automate operational tasks and improve insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Guide teams on system best practices and iterate on internal tools.
- Facilitate alignment across teams to capture dependencies and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Experience managing systems, automations, and data for product or engineering operations.
- Familiarity with the software product development life-cycle and workflows.
- Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent organization, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills for articulating complex systems to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
