
Enterprise Digital Platforms Architect

Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise web applications, collaboration platforms, digital services, architecture, modernization, integration, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the evaluation, architecture, governance, and implementation of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, intelligent search, conversational AI, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Lead architecture and engineering of enterprise solutions using Drupal, Azure services, collaboration technologies, .NET technologies, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud-native services.
- Design and oversee integrations among learning management systems, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, identity services, business applications, data repositories, and other mission-critical systems.
- Establish and mature DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, vulnerability management, configuration management, release management, and continuous monitoring.
- Ensure applications comply with Federal cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, and software development requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and collaborate with Government stakeholders, product owners, cybersecurity personnel, infrastructure engineers, developers, and functional teams.
- Conduct architecture, design, code, and technical reviews and support strategic planning, technical evaluations, and executive briefings.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience designing, developing, architecting, and supporting enterprise web applications and digital platforms.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise solutions using Azure, Drupal, and modern web application technologies.
- Experience leading enterprise application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives in complex enterprise or Federal environments.
- Hands-on experience with .NET technologies, RESTful APIs, Azure services, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise application integration, identity and access management, API design, cloud architecture, and application lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, Zero Trust Architecture, SSDF, OWASP, and Section 508 compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive, Government, and technical audiences.
- Preferred experience with Acquia-hosted Drupal environments; ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, identity federation, and enterprise collaboration integrations; infrastructure as code; cloud-native architectures; and Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent Agile certification.
