Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into software designs and solutions.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Design and execute test cases, usage scenarios, and software validation processes.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering staff, functional teams, and clients throughout delivery.
- Track customer feedback and requests while supporting quality, usability, serviceability, and on-time delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with CONGA CLM.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, debug applications, and perform software validation.
- Ability to investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and document technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders and produce clear technical reports and documentation.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant skill-upgradation certifications.
