Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage AI models, agentic systems, and supporting infrastructure in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models and agentic applications.
- Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
- Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational metrics for AI agents and infrastructure.
- Provide production support, incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for AI systems.
- Create and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures, configuration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Automate operational tasks, deployment processes, and system maintenance using scripting and automation tools.
- Improve the deployability, manageability, observability, reliability, and compliance of AI applications.
- Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, AI architects, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in an MLOps or Agent Ops role, preferably supporting AI/ML or data-intensive applications.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and logging tools, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience deploying and managing machine learning models or large language model applications in production.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, agentic AI concepts, vector databases, data pipeline tools, and relevant cloud certifications is preferred.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
