Responsibilities

- Explain features clearly and possess knowledge of Appian subsystems.
- Break down features into story tickets and identify edge cases.
- Distinguish between test error and application error.
- Contribute to technical documents and challenge decisions with debate.
- Demonstrate understanding of priorities and surface blockers quickly.
Requirements
- Proficient in Java or Python and familiar with testing tools like WebDriver and Selenium.
- Experience with IDE, build processes, Git, Jira, and CI.
- Ability to develop automation that minimizes fragility.
- Strong understanding of test frameworks and performance testing.
- Excellent communication skills to explain features and their impact.
- Experience in assessing code changes and conducting code reviews.
