Responsibilities
- Create complex, scalable coding frameworks and durable reusable software frameworks used across teams.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others.
- Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows, including AI-driven pull-request review, test generation, release readiness checks, and incident triage.
- Define guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, reuse, auditability, traceability, and sensitive-data handling in AI-enabled engineering practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute technical methods in specialized fields.
- Lead the design and delivery of high-availability, low-latency, resilient consumer-facing financial product features.
- Influence business, product, and technology leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Compliance teams to ship customer-centric features that meet regulatory standards.
- Drive engineering practices for safe iteration, feature flagging, A/B testing frameworks, and progressive rollouts.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, security, resiliency, data sensitivity, risk-based governance, and safe scaling patterns.
- Experience solving complex technology problems across one or more technical disciplines.
- Understanding of business context and commercial drivers behind technology decisions.
- Practical cloud-native experience.
- Experience launching and scaling consumer-facing financial products, ideally in lending.
- Track record of owning end-to-end delivery of high-traffic customer-facing systems focused on reliability, performance, and security.
- Experience balancing consumer product velocity with financial-services compliance, fraud prevention, data privacy, and auditability requirements.
