Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and APIs for mobile and web applications.
- Own services across design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in system design, code quality, and testing.
- Lead B2B partner integrations and optimize systems for performance and scalability on AWS.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices while prioritizing data privacy and security.
- Manage technical stakeholders, communicate project status and risks, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements, sprint planning, and feature delivery.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying full-stack applications in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js/Express.js or .NET.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and message queues such as SQS, RabbitMQ, or SNS.
- Proficiency with MySQL and MsSQL, plus experience with Redis or Memcache.
- Extensive experience with AWS services including RDS, ECS, EBS, CloudWatch, and Redshift.
- Familiarity with the ELK stack.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving ability, efficient coding practices, and willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
