Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
- Design agent workflows for planning, tool use, failure handling, and multi-step recovery.
- Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into reliable production systems.
- Design real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and tight latency constraints.
- Improve system reliability, observability, fallback mechanisms, and recovery from LLM and tool failures.
- Own and ship AI-native features for persistent, goal-driven workflows.
- Establish scalable patterns and abstractions for LLM, memory, and external-tool integrations.
- Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams and iterate based on real-world usage and failure modes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full stack engineering across frontend and backend.
- Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
- Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong ownership and ability to take features from idea through production.
- Comfort working independently on a fast-moving team.
