Responsibilities
- Lead customer project implementations from a technical perspective throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Participate in customer discovery sessions, analyze requirements, and document Software Requirements Specifications.
- Produce design documents, participate in design reviews, and create project plans.
- Write code, unit tests, and build/deployment scripts, and participate in code reviews.
- Review test strategies and execute performance and scalability testing while profiling hotspots.
- Monitor and manage project execution in collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or IT.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development and implementation.
- Extensive Java knowledge with strong object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design pattern skills.
- Hands-on full-stack development experience with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Oracle, SQL, and React JS.
- Experience with relational databases, object-relational frameworks, SQL queries, procedures, triggers, and basic performance tuning.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and protocols including SOAP, REST, JMS, and EDI.
- Experience writing build and deployment scripts and using continuous integration, build/test automation, and containerization tools.
- Experience with public cloud technology stacks such as Azure or OCI.
- Systems implementation skills covering requirements and process analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise software vendor development or consulting experience, supply chain or logistics knowledge, and experience with ReactJS, AJAX, or Ext JS.
