Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable and maintainable software architectures and integrate software components with third-party services.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key technical decisions.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software component and third-party service integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
