Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Assess and improve system performance using monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in IT Performance Optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in IT Performance Optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to design scalable, efficient software solutions and familiarity with software development lifecycle and application-tuning best practices.
