Responsibilities
- Enhance systems to meet evolving business requirements.
- Maintain applications and infrastructure according to service level agreements.
- Define and review integration, performance, quality, and scalability requirements.
- Oversee REST API and Java integrations and manage deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cloud operations teams on infrastructure capacity and key performance indicators.
- Serve as the L3 escalation point for complex issues and guide development teams on Pega best practices.
- Support continuous improvement to optimize system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience leading, building, and supporting Pega applications, including case management, business rules, and integrations on Pega Platform PRPC.
- Expert proficiency in solution design, REST API and Java integrations, and deployment pipelines.
- Expert experience with engineering support, Postman, and REST API development.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and intermediate communication skills.
