Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce testing strategies based on business requirements and process analysis.
- Write, review, and execute test cases for manual functional and API testing.
- Analyze requirements, document results, and communicate testing findings to stakeholders.
- Lead reviews of testing scenarios with business teams and conduct meetings and presentations.
- Investigate reported production issues, identify root causes, and provide progress updates to users.
- Collaborate with clients, technicians, managers, and technical teams to support project delivery and solutioning.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements while identifying process-improvement opportunities.
- Support multiple Salesforce projects and take ownership of deliverables through closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering stream, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering, or an MCA.
- At least 4–5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform as a Quality Analyst across multiple projects.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of manual functional testing, API testing, test-case writing, test execution, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of QTest and Jira.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and SAFe Agile practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business-requirements analysis skills.
- Exposure to test automation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Healthcare experience or knowledge and cloud experience are preferred.
