Responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce development team and enforce coding, scalability, maintenance, governance, and best-practice standards.
- Own the technical execution of Salesforce solutions from requirements analysis through deployment and support.
- Partner with the Salesforce Architect to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Oversee DevOps processes, deployments, conflict reduction, downtime reduction, code reviews, CI/CD practices, and unit testing.
- Refactor legacy workflow rules, Process Builder automations, and triggers using modern solutions such as Flow, Apex, and Lightning.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using Salesforce-native integration patterns.
- Ensure data integrity, platform security, regulatory compliance, and reusable design patterns across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements.
- Mentor developers and partner with Product Managers and Admins on backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead Developer with deep Salesforce Lightning Platform expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce development frameworks.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, Salesforce data models, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and security architecture.
- Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications are required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
