Base Salary

$79k - $159k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute QA strategies aligned with Agile delivery and automation-first practices.
  • Lead quality engineering and test automation for the enterprise Contact Center CRM platform.
  • Develop and execute API and UI automation and support CI/CD enablement.
  • Validate AI-powered agents using structured evaluation metrics and LLM-based testing approaches.
  • Perform end-to-end validation of CRM workflows integrated with Aetna core systems.
  • Ensure membership and benefit accuracy and platform reliability.
  • Mentor Scrum teams and collaborate with onshore and offshore colleagues and contractors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a quality assurance engineering lead mentoring Scrum teams.
  • 3+ years of experience with QA test automation technologies including Selenium, Gherkin, Rest Assured, Java, Apache POI, and GitHub.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with RTC, RQM, Jira, HP ALM, or Rally.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of healthcare or insurance domain experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce software quality assurance preferred.
  • Strong execution, delivery, innovation, creativity, resourcefulness, and improvement-oriented problem-solving skills preferred.
