Base Salary
$98k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate enterprise AI experiences and automations across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and Power Platform.
- Partner with security, compliance, and product stakeholders to deliver safe, scalable productivity solutions.
- Apply LLM concepts and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
- Manage identity, permissions, consent, information protection, data-loss prevention, and governance concerns.
- Build API integrations and troubleshoot complex cross-service issues.
- Translate business needs into feasible solutions and create clear documentation and runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations involving Microsoft 365 or Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate, plus working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts, including prompt patterns, RAG, limitations, and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience with Entra ID app and identity concepts, permissions and consent, Purview, DLP, and labels.
- API and integration skills with REST and OAuth2, along with complex troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred: experience with Dataverse security, custom connectors, ALM pipelines, Power Platform Center of Excellence practices, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise support.
