Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure supporting application hosting, data processing, analytics, and business services.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability capabilities.
- Automate operational and administrative processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Support software releases, deployments, infrastructure maintenance, and enterprise application delivery.
- Apply security, access management, data protection, governance, and regulatory requirements to platforms and services.
- Analyze performance, resolve bottlenecks, improve scalability, and troubleshoot production issues through root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with development, operations, architecture, product, business, and globally distributed teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
- Experience automating operational processes with scripting and automation technologies.
- Understanding of security best practices, access controls, compliance requirements, and infrastructure governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud operations experience, Infrastructure as Code and automation framework exposure, performance tuning and scalability experience, enterprise application deployment and release management experience, global team experience, and relevant DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure certifications.
