Responsibilities
- Own complex frontend features and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Develop and optimize performant, scalable, and accessible headless frontend applications.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers, project managers, design, and UX teams.
- Apply accessibility, security, SEO, and performance optimization best practices.
- Mentor developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation efficiency.
- Drive improvements across development, testing, and release processes.
- Understand client requirements and business context to recommend effective technical solutions.
- Work independently while maintaining a holistic view of project and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with distributed and cross-cultural teams using asynchronous communication.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, and SCSS.
- Hands-on experience with headless development principles and architectures.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
- Experience implementing WCAG accessibility guidelines and web security best practices based on OWASP.
- Experience with SEO optimization, automated testing, and modern frontend tooling.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with distributed, cross-cultural teams.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or development tools.
- Strong focus on code quality, performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Preferred experience with Storybook or similar component libraries, Umbraco Content API, SAP products, multiple headless architectures, and developer mentoring.
