Responsibilities
- Develop, test, integrate, maintain, and enhance software modules and components in Salesforce environments.
- Develop reusable Salesforce Lightning Web Components and troubleshoot component performance and user-experience issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to improve team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional collaboration for project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and experience integrating reusable components within complex Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and asynchronous programming models.
- Ability to troubleshoot component performance and user-experience issues.
- Familiarity with version-control systems and Salesforce deployment processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
