Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application behavior and help maintain system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and system stability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and React.js best practices.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues in web applications.
- Familiarity with React.js state management libraries and component lifecycle.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with backend services.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
