Base Salary
$125k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Administer SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, content, configurations, access requests, and stakeholder support.
- Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for business-process automation and workflow improvement.
- Develop technical specifications, configure and test systems, and provide end-user training.
- Integrate and maintain SharePoint Online with Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Dataverse, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform issues, including upgrades, migrations, outages, performance bottlenecks, and security issues.
- Evaluate new Copilot/AI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform capabilities to improve existing solutions.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least five years of expert experience with the relevant applications.
- Expertise with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Dynamics CRM 365, Power BI reports, Dataverse, OneDrive, and Copilot.
- Experience with Federal government environments is preferred but not required.
- Experience managing and maintaining Dataverse environments, including data modeling and security configuration, is preferred.
