Base Salary
$149k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and implement Developer Intelligence systems involving engineering telemetry, observability instrumentation, and AI-assisted tooling.
- Design and maintain systems that collect, correlate, and operationalize data from source control, testing infrastructure, developer workflows, and software delivery pipelines.
- Integrate AI tools into engineering workflows for automated code reviews, software validation, production troubleshooting, and incident triage.
- Analyze SDLC workflows and feedback loops to improve system efficiency, maintainability, and developer productivity.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks, automate processes, participate in design reviews, provide code reviews, and mentor newer engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience delivering complex technical components autonomously.
- Proficiency in Go and professional experience with Python.
- Experience with data pipelines, engineering telemetry streams, observability infrastructures, or developer metrics frameworks.
- Experience embedding AI models, LLM APIs, or automated orchestration tools into software pipelines or triaging workflows.
- Experience developing, deploying, and operating software on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred: familiarity with build systems, local development environments, automated testing frameworks, and internal developer tools.
