Responsibilities
- Improve the performance of self-driving trucks.
- Develop coding skills on a production-level codebase.
- Read and write modern C++.
- Collaborate with other engineers daily.
- Help advance Kodiak’s autonomous trucking platform.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Knowledge of controls fundamentals.
- Expertise with vehicle dynamics and modeling.
- Strong C++ software development skills.
- Knowledge of modern revision tracking systems such as Git.
- Interest in working on autonomous trucks operating in the real world.
