Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions in distributed architecture environments.
- Build and support real-time, asynchronous, and event-driven systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives and client needs.
- Apply software development best practices to ensure operational and engineering excellence.
- Present technical concepts and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in the FinTech sector.
- Strong coding and design skills with a solid understanding of software development principles.
- Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed architecture.
- Experience with real-time systems, event-driven architecture, and large-scale engineering environments.
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with JMS, Kafka, or MQ.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Front Office, OEMS, PMS, and Asset Management at scale is desired.
- Experience with BigTech, Groovy, Bash, Python, and GenAI/AI technologies is a bonus.
