Responsibilities
- Innovate beyond existing products and bring new ideas to life.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 7+ years as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring framework, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience with data pipelines in Databricks, ETL, and Apache Spark is a plus.
- Proficient in building cloud-native distributed systems.
- Demonstrated generalist skill set across multiple technical areas.
- Ability to analyze and design complex software systems.
- Experience with scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Background in building cloud-native software in Kubernetes and on Hyperscalers like AWS.
- Deep understanding of modern engineering practices such as Git strategy and CI/CD.
- Problem-first attitude with a focus on customer needs.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Collaborative team spirit.
