Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical oversight for full-stack web applications using Angular, C#, and SQL Server.
- Define architectural standards, coding practices, integration strategies, and technical governance across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Oversee architectural consistency and delivery across onshore and offshore development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, debugging sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions to resolve complex system issues.
- Modernize legacy platforms and improve application scalability, performance, reliability, and delivery efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions and guide architectural decisions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled solutions and automation opportunities for enterprise applications.
- Define and monitor application, platform, and AI success metrics, KPIs, adoption measures, and business-outcome indicators.
- Drive Agile practices including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Research emerging software, architecture, and AI technologies and support their adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems design, or enterprise application development, including significant Solutions Architect, Software Architect, or Technical Lead experience.
- Expertise designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures with Angular, C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Experience with application modernization, system integration, performance optimization, architectural patterns, API design, service-oriented architecture, and secure development practices.
- Hands-on experience with source control, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and modern software delivery methodologies.
- Ability to assess business requirements, make architectural decisions, and balance functionality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leading or supporting AI, machine learning, or generative AI adoption in enterprise applications.
- Ability to define metrics and KPIs for digital and AI initiatives and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.
- Understanding of responsible AI, security, privacy, reliability, and compliance controls.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, hybrid architecture patterns, enterprise integrations, distributed systems, architecture frameworks, security and compliance, and architectural documentation.
- Professional certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar credentials are preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, or similar enterprise AI technologies is preferred.

- Shift options are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
