Responsibilities
- Identify client challenges during pre-sales and oversee solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business domains and expedite knowledge acquisition.
- Contribute to client growth as a team player through the solutions provided.
- Abstract solutions to common problems for reuse and contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or support.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executives.
- Native-level Japanese communication skills for technical discussions.
- Ability to work in-office primarily to facilitate informal learning opportunities.
