Responsibilities
- Oversee the full system development process for Guidewire Cloud projects.
- Lead cloud-based architecture and system design.
- Resolve system issues and manage project risks.
- Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.
- Coordinate with local delivery teams to address customer challenges and technically lead the IT program team.
Requirements
- At least five years of vendor-side experience participating in projects for customers in Japan.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in system architecture and system design.
- Ability to work with local delivery teams to solve customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency is required.
- Preferred qualifications include insurance or financial services experience, PMP certification, Agile or Lean project experience, Guidewire Cloud experience, and at least three years of system construction or integration experience using AWS or Azure.
- English proficiency is preferred but not required.
