Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant technical designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and apply engineering standards, compliance procedures, and security best practices.
- Support software reliability, technology transformation, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery while communicating blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, product domains, user flows, algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to define and fulfill end-user solution requirements and collaborate across product development.
- Ability to communicate processes and results with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, third-party vendors, and customers.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
