Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into object-oriented Java software.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Perform configuration, testing, release management, refactoring, profiling, and test-driven or test-first development.
- Use Agile development practices, including daily scrums, pair programming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Implement security, network-usage, and disaster-recovery policies as required.
- Thoroughly test software before delivery and follow clean-code and self-organized team practices.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional IT software-development experience in a Java SE or Spring development environment.
- The role description requests 6–8 years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, JUnit, Angular, Eclipse RCP, HTML5, Mockito, Linux, and related full-stack technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Hibernate, JavaScript, Spring Boot, JMS, XML, JSON, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Eclipse or IntelliJ, RTC Jazz, SVN, Git, GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Working experience with Docker and AWS.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, preferably including Physical Security Information Management and related security systems.
- Preferred education includes B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech., or M.Sc. with a good academic record.
- Strong written and spoken English, communication skills, Java programming ability, and problem-solving skills.
