Responsibilities
- Align and focus continuous integration and continuous deployment activities for applications.
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure according to supported software requirements.
- Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure them to meet client needs.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting that connects software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Provide customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve internal and external customer tickets within specified turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for critical or recurring issues.
- Follow escalation processes and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes.
- Ability to manage DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, tool configuration, access workflows, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate with developers on coding and scripting for software releases and production infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve customer tickets within defined turnaround times.
