Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Java backend components and integrations supporting Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technologies such as RSA to improve IAM capabilities.
- Maintain reliability, performance, stability, security, documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and contribute to ongoing system and process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong Java backend development and object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, Linux environments, and application or integration development.
- Knowledge of clean coding, testing, and version control practices.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver quality solutions in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and English-language skills.
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments, IAM systems, security-related applications, Agile or DevOps teams, or distributed and vendor-supported teams is desirable.
