Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications with Python, Java, Rust, React, Vue, and server-rendered templates.
- Own complex problems across frontend, API, and data layers.
- Build internal Model Context Protocol servers and AI and system integrations.
- Drive technical decisions and improve reliability, developer experience, and user-facing quality.
- Develop highly scalable production web applications and contribute to engineering quality improvements across teams.
- Collaborate with related teams and cross-organization initiatives across time zones.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or Java for backend microservice development and strong API design skills.
- Frontend experience with TypeScript and React or Vue, and/or server-rendered templates.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database design.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building scalable services using Rust and operating production web applications at scale.
- Experience building Model Context Protocol servers or other AI tooling and service integrations.
- Understanding of RAG architectures.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and site reliability practices.
- Experience driving engineering quality improvements across a team and working in enterprise or internal platform environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across time zones.
