Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on complex application, database, operating system, information security, network, and web technology solutions.
- Lead strategy and resolution of complex enterprise-wide engineering challenges.
- Translate business and technology objectives into scalable, long-term engineering solutions.
- Own GenAI platform components and solutions end to end.
- Drive adoption of agentic AI and deliver measurable productivity, automation, and customer experience improvements.
- Provide technical vision and influence strategic enterprise AI initiatives.
- Design and coordinate agentic and multi-agent systems.
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones and serve as a GenAI thought leader.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Extensive experience in software engineering and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong Python programming expertise; Python is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success building GenAI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, autonomous systems design, LLM APIs, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Deep understanding of context engineering, prompt design and optimization, and memory management architectures.
- Experience integrating GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Devin, or similar autonomous coding agents.
- Preferred experience with Google ADK or similar agent development kits and multi-agent system design.
- Preferred familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, RAG, orchestration layers, evaluation frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps.
- Preferred experience in banking or financial services and secure, compliant AI systems involving PII, risk, and governance.
