
Principal Engineer

- Advise leadership on applications, network, information security, database, operating-system, and web technologies for complex enterprise needs.
- Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex technical challenges requiring long-term, large-scale solutions.
- Translate business objectives and enterprise technology opportunities into technical engineering solutions.
- Provide technical vision and direction for innovative business solutions.
- Own GenAI platform components and solutions end to end.
- Drive innovation and adoption of agentic AI across business lines.
- Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, automation, and customer experience.
- Act as an organizational thought leader in GenAI and influence enterprise AI strategy.
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Extensive experience in software engineering and distributed-systems architecture.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Proven experience building GenAI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and autonomous-systems design.
- Deep understanding of context engineering, prompt design and optimization, and memory-management architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, LLM ecosystems, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Experience integrating AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Devin or similar autonomous coding agents.
- Experience with Google ADK or similar agent-development kits is preferred.
- Expertise in multi-agent system design and coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platform design, including RAG, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks, is preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial services, MLOps/LLMOps, and secure and compliant AI systems is preferred.
