Responsibilities
- Design and code test solutions around the Cloud Platform environment.
- Lead Quality and Automation initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Participate in Agile software development initiatives.
- Work closely with operations and sustaining teams to ensure platform availability.
- Build sustainable engineering practices through active code reviews and mentorship.
- Ensure continuous resource utilization and drive efficiency improvements.
- Make quick decisions with incomplete data.
- Bring energy and positivity to the team.
- Design, code, and automate application testing using Selenium, Playwright, and REST API.
- Build frameworks for different channels/platforms including SaaS, Mobile, Desktop, and Web applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a software engineering role with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
- Experience with Web UI Automation using Selenium/Playwright.
- Experience in front-end testing of Web-based apps on various devices.
- Proven experience in building and supporting test solutions for enterprise SaaS applications.
- Solid knowledge of programming techniques and algorithms.
- Knowledge of effective CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience managing and coding test infrastructure in Java.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- CS/EE degree or equivalent with 5+ years of proven related experience.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and positive attitude.
