Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and program Medidata Rave edit checks and custom functions in C# from data-validation specifications.
- Perform post-production changes and provide solutions to operational issues.
- Interact with corporate and clinical data management team members regarding timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Build internal tools for quality and similar metrics using Excel, Visual Studio, or other platforms.
- Work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Five to eight years of work experience, including at least two years of applications programming experience.
- Excellent technical skills in C#/.NET and a sound understanding of coding and development processes.
- Working knowledge of Rave, custom functions, and EDC.
- Good clinical knowledge, including GCP and other standard practices.
- Sufficient specialized information technology experience may be accepted under the stated Technology Experience Ratio alternative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
