Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build foundational enterprise platform capabilities spanning identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility.
- Scale the platform across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity.
- Uphold high standards for security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Design and implement reliable systems that support Sierra’s largest and most demanding customers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience building reliable, maintainable, secure, and scalable systems
- Preferred experience with enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, or compliance-adjacent systems
- Preferred experience with integrations, APIs, and complex customer environments
- Preferred backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications
- Preferred security-adjacent experience such as authentication, permissions, data isolation, or threat modeling
- Preferred experience building AI-powered products or platforms
