Responsibilities
- Design and build Sierra's enterprise platform capabilities.
- Ensure the platform scales across organizations, regions, and use cases.
- Maintain high standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with teams to drive customer impact and outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, and IAM.
- Backend-leaning full-stack experience in building enterprise SaaS applications.
- Passion for AI products and a commitment to the company's values.
