Responsibilities
- Lead security assessments of mobile applications and execute dynamic application security testing across multiple releases and platforms.
- Conduct dynamic security testing on mobile and web components by configuring tools, creating test scenarios, and analyzing runtime behavior.
- Translate vulnerabilities into technical remediation guidance aligned with existing architecture and sprint plans.
- Prioritize security findings by impact and likelihood and support vulnerability tracking, aging-defect management, and remediation verification.
- Integrate dynamic application security testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
- Perform security design reviews covering authentication, data storage, cryptographic usage, and network communications.
- Guide secure coding practices involving input validation, session management, secure storage, and error handling.
- Perform root cause analysis, maintain testing tools and procedures, research emerging mobile threats, and support application-related incident response.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Advanced hands-on experience in mobile application security across multiple platforms, including secure architectures, secure data handling, and exploit techniques.
- Strong proficiency in dynamic application security testing methodologies, specialized tools, and custom test-case design.
- Broad understanding of secure software development practices and the ability to collaborate with developers using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for explaining technical findings to engineering and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with hybrid-work collaboration, digital communication channels, and documentation tools.
