Base Salary
$114k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React for operational workflows.
- Define the technical architecture and long-term roadmap for GO Systems tooling and internal platforms.
- Identify and resolve systemic engineering bottlenecks while improving reliability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead design reviews, code-quality practices, incident-management processes, and technical alignment across teams.
- Drive adoption of AI and automation technologies and analyze operational data to improve support workflows.
- Develop technical proposals and business cases, influence partner roadmaps, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience; the degree must be completed before joining Meta.
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack projects across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- At least 3 years of experience executing complex, multi-team technical projects and contributing to technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Experience architecting and scaling internal tooling platforms or operational support systems in large, multinational environments.
- Experience communicating technical decisions and influencing cross-functional partners through written proposals and design documentation.
- Experience working across global, multicultural teams to improve business operations and tooling.
- Preferred qualifications include responsible AI practices, AI or machine-learning workflow integration, prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, workforce or support tooling, process improvement, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
Benefits
- Base salary of $114,000/year to $167,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
