Base Salary
$165k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services and APIs for patient booking, clinician routing, logistics, and device integrations.
- Ship full-stack product features spanning data modeling, business logic, UI, and user flows when working full-stack.
- Solve scheduling, dispatch, safety, and error-prevention challenges at scale.
- Integrate with external health systems, telemedicine platforms, and medical devices reliably and securely.
- Collaborate with product, data, operations, and clinical teams to turn real-world problems into shipped software.
- Own 0→1 projects, make architectural decisions, evolve engineering practices, and mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building and scaling backend or full-stack production systems.
- Experience designing APIs, data models, and services for user-facing products.
- Experience leading projects or pods from architecture and planning through delivery and iteration.
- Experience shipping features independently and with cross-functional partners.
- Experience making technical decisions that balance execution speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience working in startups, high-growth teams, or 0→1 product environments.
