Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve security solutions, tools, and services for cloud platforms and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
- Implement preventive and detective controls to protect containers and Kubernetes workloads across build, deployment, and runtime.
- Develop controls for anomaly detection and vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation.
- Integrate and evolve security controls across platforms and processes in collaboration with cloud security, infrastructure, and development teams.
- Develop automations and incorporate artificial intelligence models to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of security controls.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing software, automations, services, or APIs for distributed systems using Go, Python, or other programming languages.
- Knowledge and practical experience with multicloud platforms, containers, software release processes, and security practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of implementing security controls, tools, and processes for container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of information security or experience developing technical cybersecurity solutions.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, observability, and performance.
