Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope required integrations and align them with customer goals and sales expectations.
- Establish relationships with software vendors and coordinate new connections and integration points.
- Design integrations with previously unsupported vendors using existing building blocks.
- Understand customer workflows, goals, and systems while building relationships with customer counterparts.
- Support customers through requirements collection, technical implementation, and post-live integration support.
- Provide feedback to help shape integration design and implementation strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of enterprise software implementation experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant field.
- Experience working directly with customers and third parties, developing customer relationships, and gathering requirements from business and system stakeholders.
- Ability to rapidly understand requirements, create corresponding solutions, and contribute hands-on to implementation.
- Experience with large-scale healthcare IT deployments and standard integration patterns is preferred.
- Experience leading or planning data validation, mapping, and testing efforts is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7v2 and FHIR and authentication or authorization schemes such as OAuth2 is preferred.
- Ability to work with vendor technical interface specifications and troubleshoot interface issues is preferred.
- Experience developing reusable integrations with multiple vendors and creating model implementation plans is preferred.
- SaaS or cloud experience managing site CTMS or eISF systems and clinical research site experience are preferred.
- Candidates should be based in the United States; Eastern or Central Time Zone proximity is preferred.
