Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in scoping integrations required by sites.
- Establish relationships with software vendors for new connections.
- Design integrations with new vendors using existing building blocks.
- Understand customer workflows and build strong relationships.
- Support sites in implementing critical integrations from requirements to post-live support.
- Provide valuable feedback on integration processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences or healthcare.
- Preferred location in the Eastern or Central Time Zone in the U.S.
- Experience working directly with customers and third-parties.
- Ability to quickly understand requirements and create solutions.
- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
